This document serves as a legally binding agreement that governs your access to and use of Finance Alberta Cars’ products and services. It also outlines important legal protections, limitations of liability, dispute resolution procedures, and other essential conditions.
By proceeding to register an account with Finance Alberta Cars or by requesting or applying for any products or services we offer, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not create an account or proceed with any application or order for products or services from Finance Alberta Cars.
Finance Alberta Cars (“FAC”) provides a platform via www.financealbertacars.ca (“the Website”) where users can explore, apply for, and purchase a variety of automotive-related offerings including vehicles, financing, extended warranties, insurance products, and other associated services (collectively referred to as “Products and Services”).
These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Finance Alberta Cars, governing your account registration, application processes, and usage of all FAC Products and Services. By creating an account or applying for any Product or Service through our platform, you confirm that you fully accept and agree to be bound by the most current version of these Terms. If you do not agree without reservation, you should not proceed.
Your use of the Website is also governed by our Website Terms of Use. In case of any inconsistencies between these Terms and the Website Terms of Use, the Website Terms will govern your interaction with the Website itself, while these Terms will apply to all other aspects of your engagement with FAC.
Finance Alberta Cars reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, without prior notification, by publishing the revised version directly on the Website. Such changes take immediate effect upon posting unless otherwise noted. You are encouraged to periodically review the “Last Updated” date. Continued usage of your account or submission of applications after any modifications implies your consent to the updated Terms.
Our Products and Services are intended solely for individuals residing in Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory and are legally capable of entering binding agreements under applicable laws. Individuals outside Canada or those restricted by law are not permitted to use FAC services.
You are not eligible to register or place an application if you do not meet these criteria, have violated our Terms in the past, or if FAC has specifically prohibited you from doing so. FAC reserves the right to accept or deny any application at its sole discretion without obligation to provide justification.
All Products and Services offered by Finance Alberta Cars are meant strictly for your lawful, personal use. Commercial exploitation, redistribution, or unauthorized application of our offerings is expressly forbidden and may result in account termination and legal recourse.
Creating an account may require setting up login credentials such as a username and password. These credentials must comply with any security requirements as outlined by FAC.
Each individual is permitted only one registered account, and your login credentials are personal and non-transferable. You bear sole responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activities conducted through it. If you suspect unauthorized access or credential compromise, you must immediately notify FAC at support@financealbertacars.ca.
FAC reserves the right to suspend, revoke, or require modifications to your account access or credentials at any time, particularly in cases of inactivity, suspicious behavior, or policy violations. If your account is terminated, you must obtain written consent from FAC before re-registering.
To use our services, you may be asked to provide personal and financial details. You are expected to ensure all submitted information is complete, accurate, and up to date. You remain accountable for the correctness of your data, and FAC disclaims liability for any consequences arising from misinformation, outdated data, or omissions.
FAC reserves the right to verify your information through reasonable methods.

FAC may also obtain your credit score and financial data from authorized reporting agencies to facilitate service delivery or application evaluation.

While we strive to maintain accurate product and pricing information, occasional errors or misprints may occur. FAC reserves the right to correct such errors and adjust any information, including cancelling affected orders, without notice.
Not all Products and Services displayed on the Website may be available at all times. If an ordered product is unavailable, you will be notified accordingly.
Any delivery estimates provided on the Website are subject to variables like location and payment method. FAC reserves the right to adjust delivery times accordingly.
All pricing is in Canadian dollars and may include additional charges such as taxes or delivery fees. The final amount will be presented at checkout before any payment is processed.
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. FAC will notify you upon acceptance, which signifies the formation of a binding transaction.
Any vehicles proposed by you to FAC for trade-in or sale are considered offers. These are only accepted once officially confirmed by FAC.
Certain services offered by Finance Alberta Cars may require integration with third-party financial verification platforms. By utilizing these services, you authorize FAC and its approved partners to access your financial data strictly for the purposes of verifying account details, enhancing service delivery, and maintaining up-to-date customer profiles. FAC is not liable for any limitations or issues arising from third-party platform usage.
You are responsible for ensuring that your devices and software are compatible with FAC’s systems. This includes having reliable internet access, modern browsers, and any required third-party tools. While FAC may offer technical support at its discretion, we do not guarantee resolution of every technical issue.
FAC may monitor user activity to ensure system security, service quality, and compliance with these Terms. This includes but is not limited to data analysis, fraud detection, and customer service enhancement. Monitoring is performed discreetly and without prior notice.
You agree that any feedback, ideas, or suggestions you submit related to Finance Alberta Cars’ services may be used by us for improvements, marketing, or other purposes without compensation to you.
By creating an account or placing an order, you consent to receive communications from FAC via email, SMS, or other digital means. You agree that such messages satisfy any legal requirement that communications be in writing. You are responsible for keeping your contact information current.
All content, systems, trademarks, and proprietary technologies associated with Finance Alberta Cars are protected under intellectual property laws and remain the exclusive property of FAC and its partners. You are granted no ownership rights through your use of FAC services.
FAC may refer or connect you to third-party service providers such as lenders, insurance companies, or warranty providers. These partners operate independently, and any arrangements made are strictly between you and the third-party provider. FAC does not guarantee availability or satisfaction with third-party services and bears no liability for such transactions.
FAC provides all services and content “as is” and “as available” without any warranty, whether express or implied. This includes but is not limited to warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. FAC disclaims liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services.
These Terms remain effective until you discontinue use of all FAC Products and Services. FAC may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations or other lawful reasons. Termination does not absolve you of prior obligations or payments due.
These Terms, along with all transactions and interactions involving FAC, are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the applicable federal laws of Canada. All disputes shall be interpreted under these laws.
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in Calgary, Alberta, unless legal provisions require otherwise. FAC reserves the right to seek court remedies, including injunctions, when necessary.
All obligations, rights, and responsibilities outlined in these Terms shall survive the termination or expiration of this agreement where reasonably necessary to give full effect to their purpose.
All notices to you from FAC may be delivered by email or postal mail using the contact information you provide. You are responsible for ensuring your contact information remains accurate.
Neither party shall be liable for delays or failure in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, internet disruptions, labor disputes, or governmental actions.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Finance Alberta Cars concerning your access to and use of our services. No verbal or written representation outside of these Terms shall be binding unless formally amended in writing by FAC.
